Leaked images appear to show the iPad mini has more in common with the iPad than the iPhone 5!!

Apple will indeed be holding a product launch on October 23 has sent the internet rumour mill into overdrive. Welp!! It looks like once again Apple truly has the entire universe in a choke hold, and there is absolutely NOTHING that we can do about it....Nothing but either sit and watch, or cave in and buy one.....
The latest gossip looks at the screen size of the
iPad mini expected to be announced next week.

According to images posted online today, the iPad mini will not feature the same elongated 16:9 aspect ratio as the new iPhone 5 .
Parts maker ETrade Supply leaked some pictures that apparently confirm the new device will feature the same 4:3 aspect ratio as the current iPad models.
This would make sense for iOS app developers, who would not be required to issue updates for their apps to work on the new device.
Some images show a screen picture measuring 162 x 124mm and made for Apple by LG Display.
Another shows the iPad mini battery pack with specs listing it as a 4490mAh Li-ion Polymer Battery, complete with model number.
Of course, these images need to be taken with a large pinch of salt ahead of the big reveal in San Jose on Tuesday.
